“Experience with agency has been net positive but variable on individual engagements. We rely upon Huge to help manage a large, global site and their operations, roadmap management and ongoing maintenance are all strong. We have recenlty more deeply engaged with their analytics teams and have been pleased with the insights they have brought to the table. As an agency deeply rotoed in design, they have a natural tendency to approach most things as a UI / UX design problem, as opposed to a business problem. This can lead to missteps at the beginning of projects, elongated discovery processes, and the agency over-designing simple UI components. This feedback has been given to Huge and they have mostly evolved, but this is something which continues to rear its head occasionally. Like many agencies, the quality of the experience is variable based on the seniority of the team. “
